We are committed to providing a transparent and reliable car rental experience across Pakistan. Before booking your vehicle, please review our terms regarding rental duration, required documentation, and vehicle usage. Our policies are designed to ensure your safety and the maintenance of our fleet. We reserve the right to update these terms based on vehicle availability and operational requirements.

How can I extend my rental period?
We understand travel plans change. To extend your rental, please contact our support team at least **24 hours before your contract expires**. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability. If the car is available, we will extend your booking at the standard daily rate. Failure to notify us may result in late fees.
To rent a vehicle, you must provide the following:
  • CNIC: A valid Computerized National Identity Card (Original + Copy).
  • Driving License: A valid license suitable for the vehicle type.
  • Proof of Residence: In some cases, a recent utility bill or a local guarantor may be required.
  • For Overseas Pakistanis/Foreigners: A valid Passport and International Driving Permit (IDP) are mandatory.
Fuel: We operate on a "Tank-to-Tank" basis. You will receive the car with a full tank and must return it with a full tank.
Mileage: Daily rentals typically include a limit of 150-200 km/day (depending on the package). Excess mileage will be charged at a per-kilometer rate as specified in your rental agreement.
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. The amount varies based on the vehicle category (e.g., economy vs. luxury SUVs like Prado/Land Cruiser). This deposit is fully refundable upon the safe return of the vehicle, provided there are no damages, traffic fines (E-Challans), or missing fuel.
By default, rentals are for use within the city limits (e.g., Lahore/Islamabad). If you plan to travel inter-city or to the Northern Areas, you must inform us at the time of booking. Specialized vehicles (like 4x4 Prados or Fortuners) are recommended for mountain travel. Additional charges or specific terms may apply for out-of-station travel.

Please note that the renter is responsible for any traffic fines, toll taxes, or E-Challans incurred during the rental period. We strongly advise inspecting the vehicle thoroughly with our representative before driving away.
